Culture & Ethos
Dysart’s ethos and culture is very much ‘can do’. We have absolute belief in the potential of our fantastic pupils. Below is an excerpt of our culture statement:
In order to achieve the best possible provision for our young people and their families at Dysart School we will:
- Adopt a proactive, positive attitude where the belief is that our pupils can achieve great things.
- Be flexible, adaptable and responsive and committed to continually enhancing our knowledge and expertise.
- Work together to use all available expertise within and beyond the school, have the highest professional standards and take pride in the work that we do.
